• We then research which party/parties may be entitled to the funds in order to identify the rightful clients. We use public records to determine if the rights to the assets or funds are assigned to corporations, individuals, estates, or heirs.

• The next step is to locate the entitled party. We use numerous public and/or private skip-tracing techniques to locate clients. Public records, paid subscription search databases, and even social media may all be used in our attempt to locate the proper parties.

• By the time our claims manager initially contacts the client, there has been substantial research put into the case. We are confident in our ability to successfully recover the client’s funds. In this stage, we discuss your options.

• When a client agrees to use our professional services to procure a claim, we prepare all necessary paperwork and hire a notary for a successful recovery. We contract with an attorney. We then arrange to have the documents delivered to the client, executed, and returned to us.

• After receiving the completed documents, our claims processors organize the final claim package. Once completely assembled, the client’s claim package is filed with the agency holding the funds.

• Our claims processors communicate with the agency holding the assets throughout the recovery phase to ensure that any additional agency requests are met. We immediately notify our client when the agency approves the claim. When the funds are received, the client will immediately be forwarded a check.
